They open your payment page

It shows your shop's name and the exact amount, paise included. On a phone, one tap opens their UPI app with everything filled in. On a computer, they scan the QR code with their phone.

They approve it in their UPI app

The page waits with them and checks every few seconds. The time left to pay stays on screen, and the page asks them not to pay twice.

The bank confirms it

The order turns paid with the bank reference (UTR) on it. Your server gets a signed message, your dashboard shows it, and your customer goes back to your site. A slow bank leaves the payment waiting, never failed: only a definite answer fails it.

Paid late? It still counts

If the money arrives after the time to pay, the order still turns paid and your server hears about it. When a customer paid but the page still waits, they can enter the 12-digit bank reference from their UPI app, and the payment is matched to the order.

Every order as it happens
Waiting, paid, failed or expired, with the bank reference and the time it was paid. Search by your own reference, the order id or the bank reference.
A signed message for every change
Your server hears when an order is paid, signed with your own secret so you know it came from us. If your server does not answer, it is sent again.
Test mode from the first day
Test keys make test orders that move no money. Their payment page has buttons to simulate a success or a failure, so you can try every path.
Payments you can reconcile
Download your payments for your accounts, each with your reference and the bank reference beside it.

Send your customer to the order's payment link. It works on phones and computers, waits with them, and brings them back to your return address when they are done.

Your own page

Ask for the UPI link instead. Make it a button on phones, where it opens the customer's UPI app with the amount filled in, or show it as a QR code on computers.

Where you have a payment processor for cards and net banking, customers finish on its secure page and come back to you. Either way, deliver on the message to your server, never on the return address alone.
